《天朝小吃二三事》是一部以小吃为原型打造的架空世界观的短动画故事，世界还是那个世界，但原住民并不是人类，而是各地的小吃。小吃们不仅根据食材与口味的不同有着自己的个性，而且也具备着各地的民风与文化特色。和人类社会一样，小吃们也会乘坐交通工具去往世界其他国家地区....这群从而每天都在上演着喜怒哀乐的日常故事，同时也有着因地域不同而产生的文化碰撞……。沙俄帝国倒台后，本属沙皇的500吨黄金不知去向。鲁邦得到了关于这黄金的线索，于是一场争夺又将上演…… 本作为鲁邦三世TVsp第四弹，于1992年7月24日放送，其片名取自六十年代的同名007电影。。Juan, a prison officer, silently observes the visit every Sunday of Berta, mother of one of the imates. The day he finally approaches her, he surprises himself by pretending to be another visiting father and inventing a daughter inside the jail: Josefina.
