Jack (Peter Vack) is an internet gambler living in NYC. After the death of his roommate, he becomes fixated on Scarlet (Julia Fox) - a cam girl from San Francisco. His obsession reaches a boiling point when fantasy materializes in reality and Jack sees Scarlet on a rainy Chinatown street.。物語は前編『イツワリノウタヒメ』エンディングの3か月後から始まる。回想シーンを除けばほぼ完全新作の作画によるオリジナルストーリーでクライマックスへと進行し、戦闘・歌・恋愛・謀略といった要素が目まぐるしく展開する。。
