He is assisted by parish secretary Bridgette McCarthy and is often a source of frustration for the local police.。The Cold War has ended, and the Russian government has decided get rid of a deadly bioweapon sample by returning it to the United States, from whom it had been stolen. Officer Hendricks has been assigned to pick up the virus sample and escort it back to America via submarine. Along the way, however, a gang of terrorists hijack the sub in an attempt to launch a bioweapon attack ...。
