Man of God depicts the trials and tribulations of Saint Nektarios of Aegina, as he bears the unjust hatred of his enemies while preaching the Word of God.。阿良和家驹是飞虎队的中坚分子，屡建奇功，上司给予嘉奖到泰国旅游，他们到了边界辽国，被军队误会成毒贩追杀，被迫入狱屈打成招。他们想尽方法想出狱，可是……。物語は前編『イツワリノウタヒメ』エンディングの3か月後から始まる。回想シーンを除けばほぼ完全新作の作画によるオリジナルストーリーでクライマックスへと進行し、戦闘・歌・恋愛・謀略といった要素が目まぐるしく展開する。。
