中国北方，冬天，内蒙古的一个小镇，九个少年，两个儿童，一群隐隐约约的成年人。这些无所事事的人，生活在那个沉闷的，似乎什么也不会发生的地方，最后，果然什么也没有发生。。Double agent Picasso Trigger is assassinated in Paris by double-crossing bad guy Miguel Ortiz. Then Ortiz begins eliminating agents of The Agency who were involved in his brother's death. The Agency (belatedly) springs into action to stop Ortiz' heinous activities. The usual gunplay, romance, and nifty toys with bombs ensue.。
