《男人之苦》第10集，寅次郎（渥美清飾）鳥倦歸巢，返回柴又老家，卻發現家裡來了個不速之客──大學教授岡倉（米倉齊加年飾）。寅正怒著離家之際，童年知己千代（八千草薰飾）竟突然到訪。兩人由兒時趣事談起，感情突飛猛進，但原來同時間，岡倉教授亦對千代暗生情愫。初次面臨三角戀危機的寅，究竟如何進退？今集還有巨星田中絹代客串演出。 The tenth instalment in the Tora-san series. Tora-san comes back to his old home in Shibamata. His university professor Mr Okakura (Masakane Yonekura) suddenly arrives at his home which makes Tora-san so angry that he plans to leave home. However, his old friend Chiyo (Kaoru Yachigusa) comes to visit him. The two of them begins to reminisce about old times, and has developed a kind of bonding between them. At the same time, Mr Okakura has become attracted to Chiyo, which makes this the first ever love triangle for Tora-san. Superstar Kinuyo Tanaka has a special appearance in this film.。林苏高考前，林母查出癌症晚期，为了不耽误林苏高考，也为了让女儿在世上有个依靠，和林父用性命救下的兄弟周建辰结婚，希望周建辰能帮忙隐瞒自己的死讯，能在自己死后能照顾林苏，但林苏却因为对两人结婚不满心生叛逆，不愿回家，也因此错过了送母亲最后一程。
