查理和她的朋友来到一个废弃的仓库，举行一个即兴派对，然而他们有所不知，危险正在接近。。儿童美术展览会开幕了。突然来了一辆黑色轿车，里面钻出两个造型奇特的漫画人物——“帽子”和“棍子” 大人。顾名思义，这两位是整人能手 。果然，他们踏进展览厅，一看陈列的作品极为恼火，立即大肆糟踏，有的被打上“×”，有的踢倒在地，有的翻了个身……展览厅内的作品都遭到“帽子”和“棍子”两位大人的猛烈攻击，无一幸免。于是，他们把展览会给封了，不准参观。随后，两位大人马上用电话向上级报告了他们的战果。夜深人静，展览厅里忽然热闹起来。画中的人物和动物都活动起来了，他们自己动手，利用各自的特长 ，把展览厅里的全部画稿修复一新。 这时，有一个画中的坏蛋趁大家不注意时，偷偷溜出展厅，到办公室向两位大人告密。当“帽子”和“棍子” 闻讯再次赶到展览厅时感到非常诧异 ，因为画幅中的每个人物早已有所准备，他们与“帽子”和“棍子”进行了激烈的战斗...。In this '60s retro prequel to the bizarro-noir Bloodsucker's Handbook (AKA Enchiridion), Bloodsucker's Planet follows the crew of the space ship Argosy as they respond to a distress signal from the industrial Planet Mara only to discover the planet is ruled by the sinister Mother Vampire.
