《男人之苦》第10集，寅次郎（渥美清飾）鳥倦歸巢，返回柴又老家，卻發現家裡來了個不速之客──大學教授岡倉（米倉齊加年飾）。寅正怒著離家之際，童年知己千代（八千草薰飾）竟突然到訪。兩人由兒時趣事談起，感情突飛猛進，但原來同時間，岡倉教授亦對千代暗生情愫。初次面臨三角戀危機的寅，究竟如何進退？今集還有巨星田中絹代客串演出。 The tenth instalment in the Tora-san series. Tora-san comes back to his old home in Shibamata. His university professor Mr Okakura (Masakane Yonekura) suddenly arrives at his home which makes Tora-san so angry that he plans to leave home. However, his old friend Chiyo (Kaoru Yachigusa) comes to visit him. The two of them begins to reminisce about old times, and has developed a kind of bonding between them. At the same time, Mr Okakura has become attracted to Chiyo, which makes this the first ever love triangle for Tora-san. Superstar Kinuyo Tanaka has a special appearance in this film.。1937年淞沪会战打响之际，上海的法租界依旧在炮火轰鸣声中歌舞升平。进步青年许念东来上海与他的生死之交顾立铭会合，同时在船上执行刺杀汉奸曹振武的任务。眼见刺杀成功，他们的计划却因年轻女学生林在云的意外介入被打乱，两人被裹挟进多方势力的各种角斗中，人生发生巨大转折。最后在中共党组织的正确引导下，许念东、林在云组织暴动，携带用黄金换来的军火和医药投奔新四军。。
