By the time they get to the winter harvest, the three have...。少年沼仓孝一经历了何其灰暗的童年，母亲在毫无征兆的情况下离家出走，转而投入黑道大哥木村（中村狮童饰）的怀抱。孝一将这一切全部归咎于木村，于是便模仿《北斗之拳》中的健次郎，疯狂修炼北斗神拳。长大后，孝一（松田龙平饰）踌躇满志去找中村复仇，谁知却被对方及手下暴揍一顿。可怜的孝一并未觉得漫画的荒谬，反而认定是自己对穴位研究不够。于是乎又经过一番极为艰苦的训练，终于掌握了穴道技巧，成为名震远近的——按摩大师。直到这一天，复仇的机会终于来了。中村慕名来到孝一的店里按摩。明明可以点穴杀死仇人，可是执拗的孝一却发现中村得了肿瘤命不久矣，于是非要治好他再亲手杀掉他。 奇葩的脑回路，注定了他不平凡的人生……。
