故事发生在名为霜科的高级中学里，有川姬（桑原由气 配音）是高中二年级的学生，他虽为男儿身，但生得娇俏可爱，因此常常被不明真相的群众误解。某日，有川姬遇见了纠缠不休的变态，不仅盗摄，甚至向外出售他的照片，就在有川姬焦头烂额之际，霜科高中学生会出现了。 就这样，有川姬加入了只有女孩子才能够加入的学生会，并且被规定只能穿女装出席。个性大大咧咧常常惹是生非的副会长步18禁（摩天楼由香 配音）、运动学业全能却很胆小的会长运子（小野早稀 配音）、毒舌中二的书记爱尔威尔缇娜2世（东城日沙子 配音），在这些“怪奇”少女们的围绕下，有川姬会遭遇怎样的命运呢？。Secret Santa is a feature length film that tells the story of a group of eccentric college kids, struggling to get through the hectic exam period.
