出身于日本广岛的音乐人佐村河内守（1963—），当年凭借为畅销电玩《生化危机》《鬼武者》等作品配乐而声名鹊起。2013年参与NHK慰问灾区的录制工作，并且谱写了感动无数灾民的《第一交响曲•广岛》。加上佐村听力障碍的缺陷，他被业内誉为“现代贝多芬”，荣光无限。然而神话在2014年宣告破灭，佐村被踢爆长达18年雇佣枪手代笔，其本人不仅不懂基本乐理，甚至连听力残疾也系伪装。作为枪手的新垣隆站出来细数和佐村的恩恩怨怨，佐村本人也在公众面前检讨谢罪。同时他声明保留对新垣损害名誉的起诉权，此后长期处于沉寂中。 曾经拍摄了揭露奥姆真理教真相纪录片《A》的导演森达也，此次走入佐村河内守的家中，对这个风口浪尖的音乐人进行近距离采访。佐村将展现怎样的一面？。An anthropologist from an alien planet provides voice-over commentary for a documentary look at human courtship, mating, and reproduction: "complex, perverse, tragically beautiful: the earthbound human."
