民国十一年，为了争夺稀世珍宝麻将秘籍《麻了个将》，一场国际麻将对决赛在上海举行，麻姑、道格拉斯、大长庄、对倒三六条互相争霸，原本力压群雄的麻姑却因为其他三个人在比赛场上的暗中勾结而节节败退。。一年一部的《小屁孩日记》将在今年迎来他的第三部，依然是心思很重且屡屡出糗的Greg，和那个没心没肺却又非常够朋友的小胖子Rowley，以及其他那些有趣的角色。这一回，他们将离开学校，开始一场暑期休假之旅。本片前两部都是选择春季档上映，票房虽然不高，不过有赖于成本很低，实际收益也并不算差。新的一部为了配合过暑假这一主题则调整至暑期档上映，虽然宣传不大，不过好在前两部的人气和依然有趣的小演员阵容，应该也是暑期档休闲影片的不错选择。。This series is set in the long hot summer of 1959 and wedding season is in full swing in the Cambridgeshire village of Grantchester.
