编剧张良在网上结识了大洋彼岸的网友“西八时区”，交谈中反衬出自己作息生活带来的尴尬和与妻子李森难以心灵沟通的无奈。他误以为妻子与人有染而愤然出走，中途不甘心又下了车，而这辆车在中途遇车祸。于是，张良成了“死人”……。The whole intrigue is centered around carte-blanche documents kept in a vault.
