1949年11月，白崇禧率国民党军残部逃至广西柳州，为了掩护他逃向台湾的阴谋，他佯装驻扎柳州与解放军对峙，柳州地下党为了保卫柳州，与白崇禧的部队进行了艰苦的斗争，终于保住了柳州市的安全，并迫使敌人放弃了破坏的阴谋，最终，白崇禧在人民解放军的大举进攻下不得不逃至台湾。。« Le Mirage » is the perspective of a man in his thirties asking himself "what am I chasing?" Our society has become all about consumerism, if not excess. Success is determined by what and how much we have and "stuff" becomes the band-aid to a meaningless existence. Stuff fills the void of the existence we weren't meant to lead.。
