《天生绝配》讲述的是：黑人跟钱玮杉是工作拍档，黑人假扮相亲公司的老板，钱玮杉假扮要相亲的女方，两人合伙诈骗有钱人家，后来骗到一件传家之宝“天外之星”就开始逃亡，被骗的有钱人家展开报复，找来私家侦探-连凯假扮东南亚富豪第二代，帮对方骗回天外之星和钱玮杉，后来电影良心发现救回钱玮杉，钱玮杉跟黑人在逃亡中发现彼此相爱，黑人牺牲自己被抓坐牢帮助钱玮杉逃跑，两年后黑人出狱，两人又在一起了。。An under-appreciated, over worked assistant entrusted with a million dollar necklace races to find out which of his friends betrayed him, as he battles a desperate criminal duo bent on stealing the necklace.
