《古山子：大东舆地图》讲述了朝鲜时代的地理学家金正浩在父亲因错误的地图丢掉性命后，子承父业投身绘制朝鲜半岛地图的过程，以及其不断与命运抗争的故事。该片以韩国小说家朴兴识揭秘金正浩生平故事的小说《古山子》为蓝本拍摄。这是继2012年朴海日主演的话题大作《银娇》之后，朴兴识的小说再度被搬上大银幕。。In the tenth series, in the second episode ("The Son'll Come Out") Michael comes out as gay to his parents, first to his father after coming home drunk then later to his mother.
