顾渊深爱林沫儿，却因误会将她囚禁在祖宅中。林沫儿在祖宅中遭受许薇茉等人的虐待，许薇茉因嫉妒林沫儿与顾渊的关系，多次对她施暴。林沫儿在一次被虐待后昏迷，顾渊误以为她已死，悲痛欲绝。许薇茉趁机冒充林沫儿，企图取代她的位置。。A pilots pregnant wife is killed by a band of thugs who break into their home.
