All of them was born after 1989 the end of all the revolutions.。影片讲述在动物时尚王国的小皇帝上任之际，他便要求举办一场以“皇帝的新装”为主题的服装设计大赛。时尚王国的小动物们听闻这一消息都纷纷加入比赛的队列，众动物都认为自己可以设计出让小皇帝满意的服装。而时尚王国的服装学院的学生自然是不能错过这千载难逢的机会了。在机缘巧合之下，考试失利的裤裤和斯斯这一对小鬼混进了王宫。它们在王宫中掀起一场场闹剧后，竟意外地获得了“明星设计师”的冠军头衔。。
