Horizon has gathered the world's leading experts on Mars and asked them: where would they go, if they got the chance - and what would they need to surviv...。以杂志编辑部为舞台，讲述四十岁出头的编辑长相乐（大东骏介饰），因过于追求自我而被同事疏远，唯一陪伴他的只有爱犬柴犬。走投无路之际，他突发奇想创办“柴犬专门杂志”。然而聚集而来的却是一群怪咖——包括怕狗的编辑石森（饭丰万理江饰）。在混乱中，狗狗以温柔目光化解隔阂，人与人、人与犬之间也渐渐建立起羁绊，是一部描绘令和时代人际关系与治愈之力的温暖群像剧。。《清醒边缘》以双相情感障碍患者吴昊作为主要对象进行叙事展开，加入专业医生的讲解、吴昊家人对其发病的回溯、吴昊的个人访谈、客观记录的吴昊生活等内容。整体以时间轴线铺开，表现吴昊通过药物维持“相对清醒”的生存常态，以及个人与疾病共处的社会状态。在主题表现中，不仅是对吴昊个体的影像记录和呈现，更希望让社会大众理性了解精神障碍群体，看到更多患者的生存现状和困境，进而削弱或消除对该群体的病耻感。。
