Paramount and 20th Century Studios are re-releasing James Cameron’s “Titanic” in cinemas for Valentine’s Day for its 25th Anniversary. At the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour event, National Geographic announced that it will release a new special, “Titanic: 25 Years Later with James Cameron.”。本季节目邀请了四组面临着不同健康与情感问题的伴侣——田亮和叶一茜、李光洁和隋雨蒙、王大陆和蔡卓宜、朱孝天和韩雯雯，他们在主教练刘畊宏、王婉霏夫妇的带领下，入住“保鲜训练营”，进行为期15天的身心保鲜健身训练之旅。身为主教练的刘畊宏夫妇，将与沈梦辰、张峰、青青等教练团成员一起为参加节目的伴侣们定制健身计划，也将在节目中分享他们的婚姻保鲜之道。。
