本作はスピードスケート選手・小平奈緒が今も所属する長野・相澤病院が、倒産の危機を抱えながらも奇跡の復活を遂げた実話をベースとする物語。東京の大学病院でのキャリアを捨て、実家である病院を再建するために主人公・有原修平が奮闘するさまを描く。。Shinobu and her class are preparing for a play for their school's cultural festival while Aya feels a little distanced from Shinobu for not having any elementary school memories with her. The story will takes us back to the past where Shinobu, Yoko, and Aya in their third year middle school year are preparing for their highschool entrance exam.。
