When a single father to a teenage daughter learns that he has a fatal brain tumor, he takes her on a road trip to find the mother who abandoned her years before and to try to teach her everything she might need over the rest of her life.。本剧改编自同名漫画，讲述了彩香很喜欢同单位的弘子前辈，但每天都向她示好，却不被理睬。另一方面，大家所憧憬的弘子前辈，其实是相当“喜欢女色”的人，彩香的积极接近让她心跳不已。互相误认为对方是异性恋的两人，引发了更大的误会…。1966年夏天，迎接暑假到来的三姊弟，一如往常地嬉戏玩乐，与家人讨论暑假的旅游计划。看似和乐的家庭，直到母亲意外得知父亲不可告人的秘密后，逐渐崩解。这回透过小孩们的无奈答话，充分展现二战之后逐渐弥漫的保守氛围，并讥讽当时社会的道德假面。。
