T...。特技演员程郎（黎明 饰）幼时与父亲程孝全（刘兆铭 饰）不和，负气去了台湾独自生活，妹妹程虹（杨美仪 饰）借来台湾找老同学沈文薏（周海媚 饰）的机会想让哥哥回香港。在妹妹的说动下，老婆跑路独自带着儿子的程郎终于回到了香港，回家后的程郎重逢童年伙伴高天俊（温兆伦 饰），并很快与一名越南难民展翘（邵美琪 饰）发展出刻骨铭心的恋情，可展翘最终选择离开香港，两人幸好失落之余沈文薏的出现让程郎看到一丝曙光。与此同时，程郎不知道妹妹已经爱上了高天俊，而高天俊却爱着文薏，被横刀夺爱的他渐渐开展了一系列丧心病狂的报复手段，一团乱麻之际展翘回港，程郎陷入了剪不断理还乱的三角关系中。。
