意外获得神瞳的陈泽被圣女红姐告知自己已经成为神瞳族长，红姐是来帮助陈泽收集到老九门最珍贵的九件藏品。。本作は1960年代前半の東京を舞台に、まだ何者でもない“少年ルパン”が高度経済成長期の日本を駆け巡るオリジナルストーリー。アニメーションでルパンの少年期が描かれるのは今回が初めてだ。原作者のモンキー・パンチが描いた少年期（ジャリルパン）からヒントを得る形で、13歳の中学生がいかにして大泥棒ルパン三世となったのかという始まりの物語が全6話で紡がれる。。Is it just another evening at the hugely popular Italian restaurant of proprietor and bookmaker Louis Cropa in New York?
