來自哈爾濱，惡名昭彰的「黑龍派」聚集了大量中國邊境朝鮮族出身的打工者、非法滯留者，在2004年大舉入侵韓國首爾，是以張晨（尹啟相飾）為首的新興犯罪組織，張晨素以殘暴無良聞名，為錢無惡不作，快速威脅各區原有勢力，望制霸韓國。首爾一時間陷入黑幫恐慌之中，而此時以鐵拳聞名，一天就能處理一整區罪犯的怪物刑警察－馬錫道（馬東石飾），錫道為了掃蕩被地下勢力入侵的首爾，展開特殊行動，誓言將黑龍派一網打盡，給他們最痛快的一擊.。Roberto, a drummer in a rock band, keeps receiving weird phone calls and being followed by a mysterious man. One night he manages to catch up with his persecutor and tries to get him to talk but in the ensuing struggle he accidentally stabs him. He runs away, but he understands his troubles have just begun when the following day he receives an envelope with photos of him killing the man. Someone is killing all his friends and trying to frame him for the murders...。故事发生在斯大林时代的前苏联，男主角Leo Demidov是一名苏联国家安全部(MGB)的特工，他尽忠职守、热爱自己的国家，充满理想主义。作为一名战斗英雄，Leo享受国家给予的特别待遇，不仅他自己一家住在莫斯科的豪宅区，他的父母也分到了很好的公寓。尽管也秘密逮捕和刑讯逼供，但Leo认为这都是为了国家利益。不过一桩儿童系列凶杀案改变了Leo的生活轨迹，政府不愿承认凶案的事实，一心想捉到凶手的Leo成为政府猜疑的目标，只有他的妻子始终站在他这一边……。
