本剧改编自同名漫画，讲述了十条雀（风间俊介饰）是个将满四十岁的“枯萎系”上司，十余年无恋情、生活一成不变。某天，他写下了“40岁前想做的10件事清单”，却意外被年下高大帅气部下田中庆司（庄司浩平饰）看到。面对雀的慌乱，庆司提议：“这张清单，我们一起完成吧？”从此，两人开始共同实践清单，原本平淡的日常变得精彩纷呈，彼此的关系也悄然跨越年龄与职场的界限，展开一段温柔又微妙的办公室恋爱故事。。普通人，不普通的故事！ 此系列讲述的是人们如何将一个好的想法转变成财富的故事。 看看身为艺术家的单身母亲Roxanne是如何通过养蜂、卖蜂蜜而致富的；了解酒吧服务员Jim如何将他的花店通过网络，创造出惊人的效益。 每个篇章所展示的不可思议的故事，都给人启发，让观众思考“为什么我没有想到来这样做呢？”。When a group of old college friends, now in their 30s, gather over Christmas at their recently deceased friend's remote mountain cabin to celebrate his life, they see it as an opportunity to come together as the cohesive unit they once were.
